Chocolate Sensations is North Queensland's only chocolatier, a
speciality business which evolved from Wallace Macdonald's
passion for handcrafting exclusive and individual chocolates.
Wallace combines the world's finest Belgian chocolate with fresh produce sourced from Queensland farmers… the delicate flavours of macadamia nuts, coffee, mango and lemon myrtle, merging with the subtle smoothness of this premium chocolate, to create something very special.
Our range includes traditional pralines and truffles…names such as macadamia swirl, hazelnut truffle, and cappuccino cup. There are the less traditional…our own specially developed blends such as mango and lime truffles, and berry and lemon myrtle log. Also included in our range is fruit and nuts dipped in premium Belgian chocolate. All an explosion of different tastes in one delicious handcrafted morsel.
Chocolate Sensations products are available exclusively in Cairns. Our premium handcrafted chocolates are sold individually or presented in a range of gift packaging.
